I thank you for always being the first one out of the tent, for keeping Hudson and Papi safe on your journey from Austin to Boston. And for (literally) doing the ground work that it took to start the PuppyUp Foundation.
Thoughts of you motivate me to fight harder to educate people about canine cancer, to raise funds for research and to be a better person.
You were my son from another mother. You had such a wonderful soul it made loving you so easy. I’m so glad we had “The Dance” and that I didn’t know.
(For those new to the PuppyUp Foundation, Murphy walked 2,300 miles to bring awareness to canine cancer. Sadly, Murphy developed nasal cancer himself and died a year after completing the walk.)
