Murphy by the fence

Today we celebrate Murphy and the remarkable legacy he helped create.

While on the road with Luke and Hudson, Murphy was always the first one to start the day, always the first out of the tent in the morning. He never wavered.

Sadly, a mere few weeks after the end of the walk from Austin to Boston, Murphy was diagnosed with nasal cancer.

Please take a moment to remember the one who walked thousands of miles, always smiling for others though we suffered himself. “The one whose courage and strength will lead the way because he embodied our rally cry and our song, Puppy Up.”

Murphy, you continue to inspire us and lead us. You will always live in our hearts.

To honor his memory, and mark the 9th anniversary of his passing, we would like to share this video with you.
