Congratulations to all our contestants in our 8th Cancer Can’t Keep a Good Dog Down calendar contest. Thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of everyone involved, we raised over $16,000.00 this year.
Proceeds from our yearly calendar, PuppyUp Walks, and other events go to support canine cancer and comparative oncology research. We just funded our first grant of 2015 to the U of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine (SVM). You can read all about the grant here. Past calendar contests have helped fund research into osteosarcoma and mast cell tumors. Contributions to the calendar contests have also helped fund educational projects.
