Dear Friends,

With just a few days left in this year, I need your help…

As a devoted friend of The Puppy Up Foundation, you know we are constantly working to bring awareness, to educate people on the early warning signs of cancer, and to fund groundbreaking cancer research that will benefit both pets and people.

We are currently funding the following Clinical Trials:

Improving Molecularly-Targeted Cancer Therapy in Pet Dogs and Humans – Purdue University

Demethylating Agents in Conjunction with Cytotoxic Chemotherapy in Canine Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma – University of Missouri

The analgesic and systemic immune response to stereotactic radiation therapy in canine osteosarcoma -University of Wisconsin

Because three is never enough, we’ve committed to funding the following study in 2018:

Sensitization of macroscopic pulmonary osteosarcoma metastases to conventional doxorubicin therapy with synchronous pulsatile oral PAC-1

Each year we bring more awareness, educate more people, and continue to fund ground breaking research because every year cancer continues to cut short the time we spend with our loved ones.

I’d like you to meet Rohn.

Because of your generosity, he is one of the many participants in the clinical trials that we fund.  Rohn was adopted by Janet 4 years ago at the age of three. When he started limping back in the Summer, she took him to The University of Wisconsin – Madison where he was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma (bone cancer).

Rohn was enrolled in Dr. Neil Christensen’s clinical trial on Stereotactic Radiation for dogs with Osteosarcoma. He then underwent aggressive treatment involving 3 days of radiation followed up by 4 rounds of Chemotherapy. He is now doing well, playing with his toys, and Janet is looking forward to spending many more holidays with him.

This is why I’m writing to you with my sincere wish for your year-end gift today to help The Puppy Up Foundation continue to fund education, awareness, and research that has helped families like Rohn’s spend more Holidays together.

I urge you to please click here to send your year-end, tax deductible gift to Puppy Up by December 31. You will be helping us ensure our research teams can continue their work that could bring an end to this terrible disease once and for all.

We are making progress; however, cancer is still the #1 cause of death in dogs 2 years old and younger and 50% of dogs over 10 years old will get cancer.

Because cancer doesn’t take the holidays off we don’t either. With just days left in 2017, please send your best year-end gift to Puppy Up today.

And be sure to check out our new Puppy Up Studios site for informative, inspirational videos from Puppy Up’s founder, Luke Robinson.

Happy Holidays,
Ginger Morgan
