This was our 4th Memorial T-Shirt. The new T will have a slightly different design.
Because of the great response to our Memorial Wall and new Memorial T-shirt, we have extended the deadline for submission for the T-Shirt to midnight, Sunday May 4, so you still have a chance to have a name placed on the first new T-Shirt. When you donate $30.00 or more to the Memorial Wall, and send in a photo (please, no larger than 2MB) and story of the one to whom you are dedicating the memorial or honorarium, we will post the photo and story to our wall, and also add their name to our first new Memorial T-shirt. It’s as simple as that.

Remember, with your donation of $30.00 or more, you can have a name added to the new Memorial T-Shirt as well as to our Memorial Wall. People as well as animal dedications are welcomed.
If this is a gift memorial or honorarium, please be sure to fill out the appropriate information on the donation form.
In addition, when you make a $30.00 or greater donation in honor of or in memory of a person or dog we will also send you the 2 Million Dogs BLUE pack of Toki Poki Pet Trading Cards that include pets that have had or currently have cancer. The unique packaging includes a topper and heart-shaped confetti that are made of seeded paper. Use them to plant and grow wildflowers in honor or remembrance of someone touched by cancer.
